Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients:

1. One 1/2 inch pineapple ring.
2. One banana (peeled), discard skin.
3. 2-3 ounces of liquid: ( I recommend coconut milk, an excellent Fat Emulsifier.)
4. 6-8 oz. water or juice.

Directions:

1. Slice pineapple into pieces (rind and all) and put in blender on high.
2. Add banana (blend also, on high.)
3. Add liquid and continue to blend on high for 3 to 4 minutes.

Pour and Drink Promptly for "Maximum" Enzyme Value.
