Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients:
- One 1/2 inch pineapple ring.
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt.
- One banana (peeled), discard skin.
- 2-3 ounces of liquid: ( I recommend coconut milk, an excellent Fat Emulsifier.)
- 6-8 oz. water.
Directions:
- Slice pineapple into pieces (rind and all) and put in blender on high.
- Add banana (blend also, on high.)
- Add liquid and salt and continue to blend on high for 3 to 4 minutes.
Pour and Drink Promptly for "Maximum" Enzyme Value.
