Pineapple Smoothie


  1. One 1/2 inch pineapple ring.
  2. 1/4 teaspoon sea salt.
  3. One banana (peeled), discard skin.
  4. 2-3 ounces of liquid: ( I recommend coconut milk, an excellent Fat Emulsifier.)
  5. 6-8 oz. water.


  1. Slice pineapple into pieces (rind and all) and put in blender on high.
  2. Add banana (blend also, on high.)
  3. Add liquid and salt and continue to blend on high for 3 to 4 minutes.

Pour and Drink Promptly for "Maximum" Enzyme Value.
